Now: 2003 S55; 2001 E430 Designo; past: 1999 E430, 2002 ML500, 2005 E500, 1996 C280; 2006 E320 CDI
Help! Need AMP, but not from dealer!!!
Had brakes done and tail light replaced on 03 S55. Reputable shop, but no proof the work took out the stereo amplifier P/N 220 820 0289 . Not paying $2200 from MB! No warranty on used ones (ebay), so don't want to take a chance. Only posted this when I'd searched here for a couple of hours. (don't want to do aftermarket system cause I like the sound and don't want to lose wheel controls, BUT, I'm willing to listen to creative alternatives). help?
