Contacting MBUSA for AMG support

is it me everyone or are a lot people who purchase MB's are spoiled, removed from reality, impossible to please nitwits who expect MB to kiss their ***!!!
and if MB doesn't kiss their *** they cry like babies to jdpowers and anyone who will listen???

I see that you don't understand the issue.
First, AMG and MB are NOT one and the same. If you do not believe me contact MBUSA and they will tell you so - as they have told many. They regard AMG as an "aftermarket" company and as MBUSA has stated, they do not service the "aftermarket"! These are the words of MBUSA Tech Support - as hard as it is to believe.
The issue remains, why can't the dealer or MBUSA contact AMG to resolve issues on AMG designed componenets?
AMG's .........
MB manufactures them(separate facility)
MB sells them
MB warranties them
MB services them......
so if you don't like or feel that MB can take care of any
of the service related issues don't buy one!
and for resolving problems with AMG components....your MB service center is the place to take you MB AMG!
what will be next...."my power seat won't work so can MB provide me with the manufacturer so i can speak to the seats rep to get it fixed????"
c'mon....be realistic.
like i said....some people who own MB's feel they have the right to whine because they drive an MB.

almost everyone on that site said the same thing i did?
but yet you post a link to a letter complaining about MB on more than one forum on this site. why?
it seems that you want to make MB look bad because your having a pissing contest with them that your losing.
I don't take any pleasure in you having service problems with your MB but you seem to be going about it completely the wrong way.
