Does anyone know where to get the best Suspension parts other than a stealer?

I'm pretty surprised that one of the big aftermarket companies like H&R have not come up with a steel spring kit for the W220 that totally replaces the ABC systems...i would consider it the day mine (ABC) goes out...even for the same price as a total ABC system..at least it would be a one-time fix...probably be very difficult to reproduce that ABC drive feel and handling though...

From what I have been told, the problem here is the abc pump does double duty as a power steering pump, so pulling it out would leave you with having to sort out the steering system. I am not certain of this but that or something very much like that was the problem when I looked into it.

Yes, you are right about that...put plenty of the other models have a Standard PS pump...i would think that would be easily sorted out with one of the standard (PS only) pumps...

Here is a cl that did the conversion, sounds less than ideal. This link is from my iPad and may only be accessible via a tablet or phone. Feel free to post a regular computer friendly link. I Found this by conducting a simple search.
