2006 s55 has a slight diesel sound coming from engine!

Mercedes s55 amg
2006 s55 has a slight diesel sound coming from engine!
Slight rattling noise coming from engine and not the injectors because I hear them also. Do all s55 have this noise or there a problem! It's not loud just noticeable?

One of the pulley bearings going bad? This happened with my C32 supercharger pulley when I had it.

thanks for the reply!I fiddled with it more today and it goes away when i turn the a/c on!

Mine does the same, I'm not sure witch pulley is bad but as long as its under a load, (ie) ac or heat, I think it's the AC compressor..
