Need some info on purchasing a 2005 S55

I'm currently looking at a couple cars for sale, and a S55 AMG caught my eye. The features it has, the aggressive look, and obviously the power behind it.

Here's the ad: http://ontario.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ471511037

Does the price seem reasonable for the mileage on it? It's not a lot, at 140,000km, but maybe more than I would want on a car when I'm looking for "newer" cars.

Is there anything I should check or be wary of when looking at the car? Any common issues? Thanks.

S55
S55 W220 AMG is one of the best cars Mercedes ever made. It's a steal for what you can get them at now. A 125k car for 20 to 30k. Make sure you take your time and get some options. Keyless go, parktronic, distronic, side shades, trunk closer, rear heated and power seats, maybe even rear climate control. Some people complane about the ABC suspension (and it is expensive if you have a problem) but there is nothing like a properly working ABC on the S55. It feels like a much smaller car and really handles the road. It's a very high class "hot rod" and even your passengers have room to enjoy the road. The perfect road trip car. Happy shopping.
