PUSH TO START / KEYLESS GO IS IT SAFE TO USE ( NEWBIE HERE WITH SOME QUESTIONS)

Hey guys,

So I recently bought a 2009 S63 and I f*******in love it. Theres no other words that can explin how happy Iam with my purchase.

So I had a question. My car did not come with the keyless go, and I used the key to turn it on for 2 weeks. A buddy of mine on a C63 asked me if i wanted to put a keless go on my car. I though there would be thousands of dollars into rewiring and new consoile or something. Then he gave me the litle button switch. I plugged it in and it started the car right away. I was amazed and really happy.

So my question is it is safe to keep using it.
thanks in advance.

Im surprised its been that easy aswell, but i guess if it works then the cars already pre-wired for it and you can use it as much as you like.

bigmayovich, your car probably came equipped with keyless go from factory but had the button removed by someone. simply putting the button back should work as you have experienced. its a feature i will buy another without in my life...

if you can lock your car by by touching the square impresion on your door handles, you have keyless go and you are just missing the start button. so keep using it and enjoy.

Also if you have the lock button on yor trunck lid, thats keyles go as well

Question: so this is my second c250 and it doesn't have the touch square impression on the door handles or keyless go, but I would like to add both or at the least the keyless go. where can I go to find the parts and/or have these added?
