Help! v.13 NAV update (#A221 827 09 65) doesn't work on my 2008 S63

Help! v.13 NAV update (#A221 827 09 65) doesn't work on my 2008 S63
I have the "Navigation DVD for COMAND Digital Road Map for the United States" for S-Class (MY07-MY09).
When I turned on the car and booted up the DVD in Changer Slot #1 (as instructed), the DVD eventually ejected within 1 minute because COMAND couldn't recognize the audio/video format.
I turned off the car, turned it back on (without the DVD), hit "NAVI", and COMAND displayed "Software updated. Please insert MAP update."
Have any of you seen something similar?
Are there two DVDs? Or only one?
