Arnott makes a re-manufactured one that costs 599. I assume it would work but I don't know as I just had the dealer replace mine. Dealer charged me ~1200 for the part although mine was rear if that makes a difference.

Arnott can rebuild yours and it will arrive like new. I just had 1 put on my S500 yesterday. There may however be an issue with cores. Arnott didn't have any S500 right front cores and thus the reason I had to send mine for rebuilding. This is the second Arnott I've replaced and they work great - impossible to tell from new - with a lifetime warranty. No I don't work for Arnott nor am I associated in any way - just a very satisfied customer.
