s55 AMG

No hot air thru vents....

Just today my hot air stopped working thru all the vents when I increase the hot temp all the way up Hi. Even theres no hot air coming out of the windshield up front. My a/c works fine, its just that I'm not getting no heat at all.
Anyone have any suggestions what it can be? I;m guessing the Heater Valve or the Change over heater valve

just changed mine last week, located in the cowl under the wiper motor

. I had a feeling it was the dual heater valve. Did you have to remove anything else to get to it besides the cowl under the wiper motor? If I may ask, did you also notice your A/c not blowing properly thru the vents. Like on mine I have the air blowing at feet as well as the center vents. Its acting funny ever since the hot air stopped blowing completely.

Just to confirm is this the actual heater valve that needs replacing? pic below

, you mentioned earlier that the cowl under the wiper motor needed to be removed. Anything else that needs to be removed to get access to the Heater Valve? How long did it take you to replace the part out? Did you have to drain the whole coolant out of the system or bleed the system after installing the new one in? Sorry for all the questions I'm a amateur DiYer,
