2003 s55 amg vs. 2002 corvette convertible who will win?

2003 s55 amg vs. 2002 corvette convertible who will win?
I am a owner of a 2003 s55 amg and my friend has a 2002 corvette convertible (manual trans). I am curious who would win? My s55 amg is stock and so is my friends corvette. My 2003 s55 amg is supercharged v8 pushing 493hp while the 2002 corvette convertible is pushing around 350hp. The s55 amg curb weight is 4260 while the corvette curb weight 3246. Both of us will take the cars to the drag strip soon. But as of right now I just wanted to know who is faster. Can you guys give me your opinions on who you think might win this drag race?

I had a stock manual trans 99, same motor, and I ran 13.3-13.4 pretty consistently. I think a stock s55 should run high 12's to 13.2 or so. So it is close enough that if your IC pump isn't working right, you will get slapped down. If it is, you will likely win. Do yourself a favor and make sure you know how to read a tree, launch, and basic track etiquette like using the staging lights. I would make sure your IC pump is good to go, read some basic articles on launching, read the primer in the e55 section on drag racing (use the search function, there is plenty on the subject) and then go school your friend. Also make sure you are running at least summer rubber in the rear. All seasons will kill your launch at the strip.

I would also consider going alone and practicing immediately to make sure the car and driver are both running right.
