Quick help which S63 to buy
I have posted recently that I am shopping for an S AMG. Looking at 2 cars now:
1. 2010 S63/61K miles certified (1 year - can buy 2 more for 5K) - $51000 (148K MSRP)
2. 2011 S63/35K miles from carmax (still under warranty and can buy a carmax 5 year warranty for an additional
3.5K can be serviced at MB) - $68000 (150 +k MSRP)
Probably will keep car for 3 years. The 11 has better gas mileage and is more powerful.
Any thoughts on which one to get would be greatly appreciated.

S65 AMG
The 2011 is a better buy, newer, fewer miles and warranty. CarMax doesn't usually have bargain prices and there is negotiations. Please check with your local MB Dealer to see if they honor the CarMax extended warranty. CarMax has its own service facilities at each store but I wouldn't want them to touch an AMG since the expertise level is not going to be very high.
