04' S55 Battery Change Reset Issues

04' S55 Battery Change Reset Issues
Greetings,
Recently did some maintenance on the vehicle changed the battery and now door locks don't work, AC won't switch from fan to AC, Trunk won't remote open or close. I thought maybe fuses then did some research and realized it might be the CPU just may need reset. Anyone with a guiding nudge would be greatly appreciated. SIDE NOTE:FYI Just had a $200.00 diagnostic done at dealership they came up blank i didn't mention the problem wanted to see if they would catch it on they own, they did NOT. Lets be honest most not all dealerships are about the up-sale and stuff we don't need.
