Curious..........................
Does anyone know the rational for Mercedes putting a lower profile tire on the rear of my S55 than on the front.
Rears are 265-40-18
Fronts are 245-45-18..

The profile is stated as a ratio (percentage) of section width. Once you calculate it, you can see they are 106 and 110 MM respectively. The varience is small enough that the various computers don't mind the rotational difference
