Depends on what kind of cash you have laying around and what set up you prefer. I did a secondary cat and resonator delete and i love the tone. Check the W211 AMG forum. That forum is fairly active.

In California you can do anything as long as it's behind the O2 sensors since they're the one's who will throw the check engine lights. I might do cats but they're so small I'm not sure it'll make that much of a difference. I decided to go with WillyG's suggestion only throw an X-pipe in there too. I'll let you guys know how it sounds on Wednesday. . . Hopefully.
