Whats the best pulley size for my car, i will be daily it and will be doing a tune as well. What else can i do for horsepower.

I have a 03 S55 as well. I have a Eurocharged tune and 84mm pulley, I love it. We have a bigger heat exchanger than the e/cls guys so cooling isn't a major issue with a 84mm pulley. But with a 77mm or lower you'll need cooling. Bigger h/e, injectors, split cooling etc. other power mods you could do are a 82mm throttle body and headers.

edit: also make sure your intercooler pump is in good shape, otherwise order a Bosch 010 ic pump or you'll heat soak and the supercharger will shut off.

There are a number of options for your car.

83mm is a great pulley setup if youd like to keep your car mostly stock and avoid upgrading the cooling too much past a pump and split cooling

76mm is what most of our customers end up reverting to, and can give you a 30whp increase over stock.
