S55 Cat Delete X Pipe Options
Having deleted the resonators, I've decided that the secondary cats can go too. I realize that nobody makes a cat delete specific to the W220, any pointers on what I can make work? Maybe something for an E55? I got a guy that will do the work, but I'm trying to keep the material costs as low as possible. Don't want to have a custom job fabbed up if I don't have to.

It looks stock except for two pieces of stainless pipe welded where the resonators were. I haven't deleted the cats yet, I will when I get a pulley/tune combo. Sounds louder, deeper, more aggressive. I can't quantify any gains, I modified it the day after I bought it....

Nothing. I got a friend to do it at his shop. But you shouldn't pay more than $10 in material and 30 mins of labor for a shop to do it. I flew in and bought the car Friday, drove 9 hours home, arrived home at about 11 PM. Car was up on the rack by 8 on Saturday morning. Lol.

I can't upload the video of this car's exhaust I have, but I just got mid length headers for my current car, so sound clips will be posted to YouTube once it's done.
