S55 AMG

New rims for my S55

Hi Everybody!
I am new customer here! Sorry, but my english is not too perfect, im learning english now.
I have a question...I have a 06 S55 AMG and i would like buying new rims. I seen the ESR Sr04 i really like this rims...
My question is...this rims size like front 19x9.5 ET 35, or ET 22 and the rear 19x10.5 ET 22..my problem is the ET number. Im stupid Et number things...

Somebody have similar parameters rims? My questions...not stuck the rims the big brakes, or something and the ET number not too much?

I got 39mm offset on S55. It barely fit and clear. I believe 22mm offset will hit fender.
