S55 advice
I’m in the process of bringing back my s55 Amg . I’m having a local shop install a m113k from a e55 into my car . I’m aware that the m113k is slightly different layout dued to different chassis . Who can confirmed all the things that I will need to swap over from my s55 m113k to the e55 engine .
1. Oil pan and oil pump ? Does the oil pump have to be separated from the sprocket or The whole assembly apart from the chain .
2. Both exhaust manifold from to e55 engine .
3. Oil dipstick and use existing hole to tap to fit tied down screw.
4. Power steering pump ? I won’t be using the abc so I’m sticking with no abc power steering pump .
supercharger throttle body ? Somebody mention there a plug or some vacuum issue if I keep the e55 throttle body .
