Mystery lead

Hi.
I am a new user, so be gentle with me.

I have a S55 AMG.
A bit of history:
Two years ago, I started work on the engine, intending to do a complete overhaul, and add a few Kleemann parts.
Unfortunately the garage that was supposed to be removing the engine, got cold feet after doing a bit of work, and built it back up.
So I was stuck having to do the work on my driveway at home, no other garage wanted to touch the car
I didnt have the equipment, or the space to remove the engine, so I decided to do a top end overhaul instead, replacing the drive chain, the oil pump and chain, and the water pump as well.
After the winter was over, I decided to crack on with the job, getting it all stripped down, the heads went off to be skimmed and have new valve seals put in.
When the strip down was done, I unfortunately got very ill, and lost a lot of valuable weeks unable to do anything.
Towards the end of the summer, I resumed work on the car, however I am still not right, and can only work at it for a couple of hours at a time.
The re-build is getting close to finishing, I even managed to get the engine started and ticking over for a couple of seconds today, I have not finished the cooling system yet, so I only ran it for less than 30 seconds.
I will be finishing off the cooling system tomorrow, so that I can run it for longer (It doesnt have the exhaust front pipes on yet, and it sounds like a dragster!).

This is where I am now.
When I stripped the engine down, I was careful to label all the electrics, and take photos of what I could.
However, after two years, I have found that I didnt take enough photos, and the permenant marker that I used for the labels, was far from permenant..
I have managed, through using my copy of WIZ and EPC to figure out which connector, and which pipe goes where, aided by looking on the internet, and the fact that its obvious where a lot of things go.
However, I am stuck on one lead, I cannot figure where this thing goes, or even if it goes anywhere.
Bare in mind that this is a right hand drive car.
There is a lead that runs from the inner wing, down behind the coolant reservoir, to just behind the alternator, this splits into two leads, one, I think, goes to the cylinder block for the coolant temp sensor, the other one is the problem.
It is a three lead plug, the wires are:
Blue/Green
Blue/Yellow
Yellow/Green
(Where the first colour is the primary colour, and the second colour is a stripe)
The first photo is wher the lead runs from:
The yellow arrow points to the lead that runs to the block, the red arrow points to the mystery lead, and you can see where it runs down the inner wing.

This is the plug on the end of the lead:

So far, I have tried the Engine oil level sensor, the steering solonoid, and the MAP sensor, all have their plugs in them.
The lead will only reach the right hand side of the engine, so it isnt the crankshaft sensor, or anything on that side.
It will reach maybe as far as the outer edge of the crank pully.
If anyone knows where this lead should be plugged in, or anyone who has an S55 would kindly have a look see if they can see where it goes to, then I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

That would explain why I can't find where it goes, as I swapped my ABC for Strutmasters before I started on the engine.
Thanks for that, been driving me nuts.
