S65 Air charge sensor

Does anyone know where to find the Charge Air sensor on the 2007 MB S65?

MAP sensor? Intake air temp sensor? Air mass meter?

If you're looking for 'air mass meter' the engine management system does not use that sensor. 'Speed-density' is how we'd refer to this system.

How to diagnose the code 20e1 "charge air temp too high"? And how to fix?

These are some of the results from the STAR..

Any ideas on how to resolve?

'Charge air temp too high' is usually a dead charge cooling pump and/or low coolant in the charge cooling circuit.
