Removing rear rotors 2010 S65

I have a noise coming from the rear when I apply the parking brake, I was going to take off the rotors and replace the parking brake shoes, hardware, springs etc.

My rotors are not coming off though. I unbolted the rotor, took off the caliper and the bracket and the rotor still wont come off. The car has the electric parking brake, is there anything else I need to do, or is there something I need to do in SDS to get it off?

I am guessing it is just rusted/stuck to the hub, but I wanted to check here first for any advice before I took my air hammer to it.

THere is probably something in the menu which deactivates the rear parking brake. I have had to do this on my ML and GLs.

Is there a hole in the rotor? On my Tundra there's a small hole where you insert a screw to "pop" off the rotor.

OP I assume that you have removed the small fastener that is used to locate the rotor.

If so use the large plastic hammer and whack the rotor on the outside edge on the surface the brake pads contact. It will pop loose and likely drop to the floor.

I used an air hammer on the back in the area where the caliper covers and they came off pretty easy. I was replacing rotors anyway so I did not worry about damaging them
