Question 04 S55 max boost on stoke internals ?

i have been researching for the maximum boost that this m113k can handle on a stock internal all over the forums ( S55 and E55) and i cam up with a few bits and pieces but not the information that i'm looking for so i had to ask.
i know that its an old car but for me its the most reliable engine i have used so far and i'm very pleased with this car.
i have few mods on my s55 which done 160,000Km on the odometer , 180mm dumper pulley , bosch 010 s\c pump , secondary cat delete , K&N box filter ( i love the original engine cover ), split cooling ( it's actually very effective in my car . 3 degrees Celsius difference) , water/ methanol injection kit ( only using water in it NOT methanol . just for steam washing the engine lol) and a tune from a local garage .
currently at outside temp of 25 degrees Celsius i'm doing 14.7 PSI at the end of 3rd gear and intake temperature reach max of 65C at the end of the 3rd gear ( 210Km/h)
my next mod is 83mm supercharger pulley( which will add about 2 PSIs ) and 630CC bosch injectors
my question is if i installed the 83 pulley i would be in the 16.7 PSI which will put me very close to the 17.2 psi the map limits ) would the stock internals be able to handle that ?
and secondly , any suggestions on using octane boosters with this setup and add methanol ?
i would really appreciate your input. i know that many here already tried many combos of both crank and supercharger pulley .
thanks

Boost

Not sure. I’m an everything-stock guy. (Because I remember writing that check when I purchased the car new.)

There is a pretty good series of YouTube videos about cooling (killer chiller) and boost by a guy named Aydin (or something like that) who pushed the limits of his 113K engine before he moved on to another vehicle and motorcycles. Worth searching a bit for his channel. I learned a lot.

Also check out the SL55 AMG threads. Lots of guys there modded their setups.

And there is also a Tech sub forum focused on the M113K engines on B###world (the other site).

Handy resource here, not that I’d be exploring these limits. Viewed carefully, it’ll help you manage the A/F ratios at boost, explaining why people end up needing larger injectors, looped fuel rails, then larger throttle bodies, then more cooling, then wash, rinse and repeat for your very own homemade endless science project car that runs like Frankenstein. Great!

As far as power, I’m pretty sure the transmission will go before the engine does.

thanks maw1124 for the chart and the reply , very helpful . i'm quite familiar with VRP boost chart and i found those boost levels quite accurate ( on a cool day ) as max boost for the pulley sizes. my current AFR is 11.5 ( @ mid range RPM) up to 10.7 ( @ 6500 RPM) with the stock injectors
and i will be aiming the same numbers with the new 630CC injectors . i know its over kill for my setup put better safe then sorry .
about the transmission , i have a friend with a dodge challenger SRT 2014 which uses the same transmission( correct me if i'm wrong ) , we both worked on his car as a project , installed drop in set with return fuel system and whipple 2.9L . the transmission handled the 13PSI of boost and 650 WHP pretty well .. we started to have a minor slipping from the transmission when we hit 700+ whp. and once we added an external transmission cooler, it got back to normal again but yeah that was the limit for it .
but do u think that the stock internals could handle the max boost listed on VPR chart ? with 10.5 AFR ?

I have no idea... not really into it... the E55 guys might have explored it.
