I want to return my car to the original rims and tire sizes mainly for noise and comfort/feel.
I'd like to sell these 21" Autocouture, curious what they might be worth, they have damage (images attached) and where a good place to try to sell might be? (Just to cover some if any of the cost of a set of 20")
Is there a good source for buying original AMG 20" somewhere?

You didn't ask this, but if it was my car I'd probably just have those repaired if you can. They're not trash, and dropping 1" isn't going to change much in ride quality. You probably just need new tires and some suspension bits, which you're likely to need at some point (like now) no matter what.
Not for nothing, one of those tires looks improperly mounted (inside out, which would mean they're rolling the wrong direction?... ION even know). And that size doesn't look correct for the wheels (285 seems too narrow). Stop at your local tire store and see what size tires SHOULD be on the wheels first, then go from there, would be my advice.

Also had to buy some genuine AMG rims...you don't want to hit something hard at high speed. Even at 60kph I hit a big pothole in Sydney and that alerted me to the fact that my rims were not genuine as the left side was put out of shape.
