CLS63 2 Piece 19's on 2004 S55 - Offset Question

You guys may have had this covered before but I've searched and googled with no conclusive answer

Will the 2 piece 19's from a CLS63 (same as the S65 wheels but different offsets) fit on '04 S55?

From what I'm seeing CLS63 have below specs;CLS63 Fitment
Front 19 x 8.5” ET25
Rear 19 x 10” (I believe 10" and not 9.5") ET28

and the S55 version of these wheels originally had;

Front 19 x 8.5” ET44
Rear 19 x 9.5” ET40

The S65 version I think were higher again in rear due to larger hub/brake

Can anyone confirm if the 25 and 28 offsets from the CLS will fit on S55? It seems like they will sit outboard 19mm up front and 12mm in rear

Thank-you!
Edward
Some screenshots attached (sure they may not be gospel but its the pretty detailed info) please chime in with your knowledge!

You’ll need spacers as you’ve identified. That’s the issue with those wheels. Once they’re gone for the SClass they’re gone. The other models look the same but the offsets are way different.

I was thinking with the lower offsets of the cls fitment it would actually push them outward so essentially sitting on the car further out, as if you had S55 wheels/offset with spacers added. When you add a spacer you lower the offset so putting on a 20 something mm offset will push them out. But maybe too far - test fit would be the only way to know for sure I guess
