Limp Mode After hopping car slightly
I was having a really fun first day of driving before jumping the lip of a small round-a-bout about 6" and since have went into Limp Mode with check engine light.
Any ideas for an easy fix?

Foxwell NT530 OE-Level & Bi-Directional Scanner Upgraded Version Of NT510 Elite & NT520 Pro × 1
NT530 With BENZ Software and Adapter
in hopes of being able to read and reset codes. My nearest dealer is 200 Miles away. I bought this thing sight unseen on an auto-auction website but am hopeful that I made a good buy ! 69K Miles first S65 AMG!
The first day I had it out it was a scream to drive!!!
