M275 high iats

Hey guys been awhile hoping someone can help me figure this out kind of losing my mind chasing high iats - upgraded intercooler pump and supposedly properly bled system - I did myself had same results sent to Mercedes had same results and even sent to a good buddies Indy mechanic shop and still experiencing same issue don’t know what else to try

Be sure the ‘upgrade’ charge cooling pump has polarity correct. A centrifugal pump does not move much fluid when asked to pump backwards.

copy that thank you - I hope none of them would be dumb enough to swap the hoses or the wiring around but can’t be sure guess will have to climb under there and check myself
- because used to work perfectly fine upon initial install

If the upgraded pump was working fine upon initial install chances are good that polarity is correct. Sure it is getting power when called upon to operate? Blown fuse to that bigger pump that draws more amperage? Cooked relay supplying power? Cooked electrical connection? Weak ground? It all happens.

When I jump the relay I hear the pump running and feel fluid passing thru the hoses - that’s what’s having me so stumped - been dealing with this issue for a while now and had multiple people look at it seems pretty hard to diagnose -
