S65 AMG WARM RESTART ISSUES

I have a 2013 Mercedes S65 AMG. Mechanic can not figure out why my car idles rough for 4-5seconds when starting engine after it has been driven and been parked for 20-30 minutes. It does not do it all the time, at least 50% of the time. This is a new issue. Recently had both coil packs and voltage transformer replaced. Issue with warm restart started after the coil packs and voltage transformer replaced. Mechanic suggested thermostat replacement due to PO128 code. The issue persists still after thermostat replacement. Sometimes I get a check engine light with misfires on multiple cylinders on both banks. I don’t know what next to try? This issue has become extremely frustrating

OP have you got anywhere with asking MB about the software update that increases rest pressure in the fuel rail to keep winter grade gasoline from boiling during a hot soak?

Fuel Pump

My mechanic tested fuel pressure. Seems firm pump wasn’t performing well. Replaced fuel pump and issue seems to be resolved.
