Front Engine Cover Trim Clips
Anyone have a source for the metal clips that secure the front engine cover? Thanks!

I poked around a bit... I think part of the problem is that's not an Engine Cover... It's a "Cover Plate"... I only know because I have a new one in the box in the basement ... which leads to associated parts... hopefully you're talking about #4 here ... https://mbparts.mbusa.com/oem-parts/...Y4LWdhcw%3D%3D

EDIT... I sure hate bringing good people bad news... but if you're looking for the metal clips, they come with the Cover Plate ... I just opened mine to check for you if they or #4 were included.

No problem! Appreciate you taking a look. Unfortunately, they're the metal U-Clips and I have one left on the cover plate. There are U-Clips to be had, but most are far too small. Seems the hunt continues.

Just buy a new cover while you can... that emblem will come off soon enough and of course then they'll be NLA. Skewer me for bad advice and wasting $200 bucks but you'll spend that looking for the clips 😂. They've already gone up $70 bucks in 2 years since I bought mine.
