S55 amg leaking coolant

Hey I’m new to this website thought I’d give it a shot tried posting in multiple Facebook forums and haven’t had any luck if somebody could help me I’d appreciate it. A rock ended up doing some damage to the undercarriage of my car luckily nothing too major but it damaged some coolant lines I’m having trouble finding. It is right before the passenger side wheel up front. Looks like there’s three hoses if somebody could give me a part number or even just tell me what they are called it would be a major help.

This is not my photo I found it in another forum but im assuming this is what it is because he was leaking from the same location.

I'll throw in my 2 cents if it's any help, I don't know what your level of mechanical aptitude or what resources you have at your disposal, so bear with me. The first thing I would do is get the car on a lift or jack stands, then drop the cover underneath the front bumper and engine so you can see everything. The only cooling system components sitting that low are the lower heat exchanger (which you can see through the center of the bumper) and the intercooler pump, which is located in the lower front fender area of the passenger side.

Once the car is stable (make sure you have enough coolant obviously) start it and look for the culprit. I don't advise getting under it while its running on jack stands but you can get a better idea where it's leaking from.

Coolant leaks have funny way of running down hoses and dripping away from their origin, so it's hard to say if you have a pinhole leak, cracked radiator or heat exchanger, leaking hose, leaking intercooler pump, water pump weep hole, etc.

Have a look here to understand the routing of the cooling system components and hoses. https://nemigaparts.com/cat_spares/e...74/66t/50/200/
Hope this is of some assistance to you.

I’ve now confirmed that it is definitely one of those hoses.

i just need to find out what that hose is called or a part number to it. Most of Mercedes heater hoses are discontinued on their website so I’m going to have to find it second hand.

You aren't giving us much to go on. I haven't been under my car in awhile and don't know exactly what you're looking at. If you're looking for the one in your pic with 220-832-4894 on it, it's #13 here https://www.autohausaz.com/pn/MB-2208324894
