Rear Window Shade won't retract
Quick background. My car has lots of issues. Bought it that way, which is why I got it on the cheap.
The rear window shade has always been up. Ive never seen it move so I have no idea how it is suppose to retract. However, I need to get it down so I can remove the crappy tint job someone did and get it done by a professional.
I'm looking for any advice on how I can determine what the issue is, and what I need to do to fix it.
I don't know if it is related but the pneumatic system equipment is currently turned off, so if I need that to be working in order to retract this then that's where I will start.
But if its electric and is a stand alone system, great!
Also, let me be clear, I do not care if this thing ever comes back up again. Would I like for it to work, sure, but I won't lose any sleep if I need to remove/break something to get it down and its dead for life. I'm just sick of looking through purple tint that's full of air bubbles.
