Thinking about trading for an S55 AMG
Hi was just wanting some input on a trade im thinking about doing, I would be trading an 84 380SE and have been doing some research and found the most common issues seem to be with the ABC system which this owner has fully replaced my 380SE has 190k miles and this S55 would have 249k miles. Just wondering if it would be a good trade for me

222 S-65
220 Chassis has many issues that got solved for the 221 model which had less issues; solved for the 222 chassis.
Read all about the 220. Love the K bent eight. Rest of the car? You’d best be good at DIY-ing.
126 had many annoying issues, many of them replaced for different more expensive issues in the 220.
Drive some cars. See what you like. AMG cars are the most fun. The V12 is top of the heap.
