New member and my first Mercedes!

Preparing to replace the rotors and pads on my rears.
Do I need to go into maintenance or service mode?

I have emanualonline but it doesn't mention it.
I am unable to get into it. I've tried every permutation listed here. Most examples are S550, is there a difference for the AMGs? Tried the position 1 + pressing phone + OK button.
