Windshield Washer Low Message - Help Please

My washer tank was leaking and after trying to seal it, I replaced it with a used one. Now, my "low washer fluid" message won't go away. Until I arrow down, but after a restart, there it is again. I thought it was the level switch, but I have two and they both behave the same way: about 0 ohms level up, and 173 ohms level down. I pulled it all out of there, and nothing seems amiss. I have tried it with the plug disconnected (open) and with a jumper across the leads..........no change. One lead is hot, the other neutral. There are two plugs there that are the same, the other on a sensor(?) at the headlight washer pump. At first, I thought I'd mixed them up, but the leads are different lengths making it fairly clear which is which...... I tried jumping both, no change. The one at the sensor isn't hot. I haven't looked in DAS but doubt this would be a fault code. Also, after putting it back together I'm also getting a "check coolant level" message........coolant is full. Wonder if these sensors are in the same circuits?
1) Any help on this?
2) Is there a good wiring diagram around?
Thanks, MK19
