Procedure to remove starter W221 S65
The computer I had with WIS on it crashed. I am going to put a new starter in this weekend and wondering what the procedure is to do this.
Specifically, Do I need to drop the exhaust? Do I need to jack up the engine block?

OP it has been seven years since I got to wrestle with my 221 S-65 that way.
Failing memory says there is enough room to slip it out the passenger side without drama.
Doing this on a hoist makes your life a LOT less miserable.
