2015 Production of S63 and S550 ALL DONE!!
Yup. My build slot was 3rd decade of March, but Mercedes delayed my order and halted production of the 2015 model year S63's and S550's.
So, now the build slot (for my 2016 S63C4) is 2nd decade of June, unless the GM of the dealership, whom I had a long talk with this afternoon, can get it pushed up.
Another THREE MONTHS of dreaming and drooling! WTF!?!?

It's okay that I can play the mental masturbation game of thinking the 2016 won't start aging until it's 10 months old, but really, I'd rather have been doing 4k-5k miles in the 2015 than sitting around in limbo for 3 more months.
