The scale of the song is the same with the first two lines. It starts with the girl getting some new shoes and ends with her taking a bath. It is a metaphor. Getting new shoes is a good thing. It means she is looking good, fresh and attractive. The line of taking a bath symbolizes her taking a vacation, relaxing and having a break. The line “She forgot about the time” tells about the relaxing feeling. This is a new line, not a metaphor. When she takes a bath, she doesn’t care about time. Everything she does is relaxing.
