Top Speed in S63 Coupe (USA) Governed?

Top Speed in S63 Coupe (USA) Governed?
I just got a new S63 Coupe in January and I know the top speed is 186mph but I think it is governed at 155mph. At as dealership I asked if it was possible to bring it to the top speed of 186mph if it is limited and they said they were not allowed to do it. Does anyone know if this model is actually governed at that speed and if it is, how do I bring it to the top of 186mph. I want to start entering into Rallys and dont want a situation that I am limited at 155mph.
