Thats exactly what I had !! Cold starts and remains after it warms up.

its very annoying paying that much and getting all of these issues !

You used to have the sound whenever u start up the car for the first time in the day right? It doesn't come directly. However, it does appear after a minute or two and stays there until being warmed up. Then it doesn't go away 100% but it gets reduced.
right?
