I'm planning to change my wheels and was wondering if 21x11 wheels would fit for the rear?
If so what ET is recommended?

Yeap, 21"x11" will work no problem. We've even done up to a 12" wide in the rear with the right offset as you see on the car below. What wheels brand and model are you interested in?
