Hey guys , asking this because I’ve been hearing it a lot once I hit and go over 50 mph . Is anyone else hearing this noise ? It’s not engine I’m sure it’s just a whistle from the wind . I did the facelift grille upgrade (aftermarket ) I don’t recall if it was making this noise before . Please chime in if you have experienced this , it’s driving me crazy . Thanks in advance .
The whistling is from your new grille; read up on the multipage thread where people asked where can they find this grille - towards the end of the thread people start talking about the whistling. Some say it's the design of the aftermarket grille itself, and some say it's because the bumper clips holding it in aren't engaged/snapped in correctly. Unfortunately many who've use this aftermarket grille have had this issue.
Night view cover is off . I am going to try to fully the gal between the edge of the grill and the bumper/hood with a rubber gasket . I’ve read on another thread someone put foam inside and the whistle went away .
