Aftermarket wireless CarPlay for post-facelift (2018+) S560 / S63 coupes

Question in title. In searching here on MBWorld, the two most common solutions mentioned seem to be Carlinkit and Ottocast since the 2018-2021 S coupes support wired CarPlay only.
I forget if any others were consistently spoken of highly.
Sorry if I've missed a recent thread, but what is the most up-to-date consensus on which is "best"? If price is no object, what is the most reliable option that is "set and forget", is ideally full-screen on the MMI, and won't compromise audio quality in a vehicle with the high-end Burmester option?
