Someone just ruined my front bumper - advices seeking

Unpleasant surprise this morning - discovered some damage on my S63’s front bumper. Some SOB clearly hit it and didn’t bother leaving a note. The scratches on the bumper itself are relatively minimal and should be sorted with a smart touch-up repair, but there’s a small plastic grille frame that’s broken. No other obvious damage fortunately.
Does anyone know how straightforward it is to replace this plastic trim piece? Can it be done without removing the entire bumper, or is that unavoidable? Any advice from those who’ve dealt with similar repairs would be appreciated.

Bum deal OP. That is going to require a new bumper cover and assorted sundries.

I had some damage while at the dealer on the same part and they were able to replace just that fin but it does require bumper removal.

You can always replace with the facelift one from China. In Europe pretty much everyone does that and the quality is in practice OEM by now - cost for the bumper (with everything required - undercover, wheel archers etc etc) is like 1.1-1.2K EUR. Just make sure you add a mesh on the opening to prevent your radiators from getting destroyed (this applies to pretty much any AMG front bumper - for some reason MB hasn't tackled this effectively from factory except for adding some plastic mesh on top of the radiators in front of the wheel arches which in practice do not work well enough to be useful).
