Help with used S63 VMI report

Help with used S63 VMI report
I am currently in the final phase of buying a used 2016 S63 with low miles. I have requested the VMI report. When the dealership sent the report I noticed that the car was recalled and software was reprogrammed. I think it got to do with the engine stalling but I was not aware that the 2016 models were affected. I have attached the vehicle history and the customer pay data. Could not understand some of the codes .

Please let me know if I should be concerned and whether I should go through with purchase?

Your comments would be much appreciated.

I believe the engine stall was on both 15s and 16s

Punch in your VIN at the MB recall site, you'll be able to see what was done

Just checked it was regarding the engine stall.

Was the issue resolved with the software update?

Yes, a few updated after the fix with no stalling
