RENNtech's new ECU tune for M278....
So, I got an email today from RENNtech that RENNtech has come up new tune for M278 engines basically for the 550 series of engines, new tune adds may be extra 10 or 15 HP but monsters 100 FT LP TQ over my existing tune, back in late 2014 I have sent my ECU for my SL550 for tune and opt for highest output version of the tune paid for $2700 minus 10% discount. So I got curious and called RENNtech to find out little more of the details, I was mostly curious to see if I can send it in get the new tune with no extra fees since it wasn't available back then and I paid the same money as the today's new upgraded tune cost, well they were very generous and gave me a 50% discount for whopping $1300~ estimate, I was shocked, not only I thought I was their good customer since I have sent two tuners for them to do (my S63 paid for both close to $5000.00~ ) yet I Was quickly realized that I was noting but a cash cow to them, perhaps I'm wrong, perhaps not I really was hoping to hear that just send it in we'll do the upgrade at no charge, yet again I was very wrong, and disappointed, I don't believe this is good customer service in their part, but...what I know, I thought I should share my experience with the MBWORLD forum members and get some feedback from everyone with their thoughts regarding this, what y'all think....

DATURK what is your opinion of the Renntech tune on your S63 compared to stock? I am happy with the horsepower of my S63 once its above 2,500-3,000 rpm's but off the line the car seems slow. Does the tune help off the line or is it all top end? Thanks
