2015 S65 Sedan - No Power to Rear Seat Entertainment
Took delivery of a new S65 last week. Went to try the rear seat entertainment out today and neither screen will turn on. Not by pushing the ON button at the bottom of each screen or the power button on the remotes. There is no light (red or green) on the dot next to the power button on the screen. Remotes work because I've used them to make changes from the backseat to Command. I have not checked to see if the DVD player itself - under the rear climate controls - is working. I'm a bit afraid to put a DVD in and get it stuck. I'd normally not bother you good people with an issue like this - I'd just arrange an appointment at my local dealer. But, I am going out of town tomorrow afternoon and it will be a LONG ride for my 3 boys if the rear screens are not working. Any help would be much appreciated.
