2009 S63 Amg overheating
Since I have been driving my Benzo for a year now, I've noticed that my thermostat wasn't working on my car. I didn't find out about this until I've notice the fan underneath the hood had stopped and stuck a stick in it to trigger the fan to work. I have had the fan and motor removed and replaced just incase and it seems like not the issue. The digits I received on the dashboard has a flucuation with the numbers reading (If I start the car a couple of hours later letting the car sit in shaded area) it ranges (90-190).If started in the middle of the day...(167-203). If digits above the battery voltage is 170 and below the numbers turn blue. I don't recognize the flucuation until I hit the highway to get a accurate reading. I usually would turn on and off the AC and it kind of triggers the car to cool down. I also would have popped the hood after the Benzo has cooled down and open the coolant to see if there is a leak and let the pressure off from the cap. I believe the engine is miss firing and is using more gas as usual. The engine light also keeps sensoring on and off. I have no idea where to start first. I don't know if it's a electrical problem, sensor, tune up, or I need a new thermostat is just the problem. Please if anything I can answer from no don't hesitate to ask. HELP HELP HELP
Thanks
