I posted a full review of the OBD2 lowering module here...

https://mbworld.org/forums/cls-coupe...ng-module.html

It works as advertised and makes every other lowering option I've seen for Airmatic look foolish in comparison.

I have used the module as well as I have Renntech's and links.
It is a superior to links but does have missing functionality compared to other ELM's. It has the best interface approach (comand) and doesn't lock the VIN to the module like Renntech's OBD II module does but it needs a bit more work to be production ready.

I have driven my parents around with it in stock comfort setting and with it lowered with the module program low, loaded into the vehicle. It is a little more firm, however when I asked my parents they could not tell the difference. They are however in there 80's. You have to remember that I am sure what is happening with the air suspension is letting air out of your air struts. So there is less air in the bags to cushion. However at times it seems it feels more cushy. Just depends on how bad the road is. I have not driven the vehicle on a horrible roads. I hope this helps. For the most part, I bought it to be different and to give the vehicle a little better look when out and about. It makes the car that much more special.
