21" RIMS WHAT TIRE SIZES?

What tire size are you guys with 21's running I have seen several different set ups. 9 &10.5 rims.

21 x 9 - 265/35ZR21
21 x 10.5 - 295/30ZR21

installing some HREs this weekend HRE recommended the following tire size:21x9.0 ET30, 255/35-21
21x10.5 ET34 295/30-21
is there a reason you guys ran 265 vs 255? this will be going on a 17 S63 if it makes any difference
