S 63 2014 Fan run in Max speed all time

S 63 2014 Fan run in Max speed all time
Dears, please help
I purchased S 63 2014 and I found the cooling fan run all time in max speed after start the engine immediately even if the car is very cooled and with and without AC and after the car switch off the fan keep running for 1 min in max speed
i sent the car to workshop and he did diagnostic and he tolled me that the fan need to replace as the computer doesn't see the fan also he tolled me to change switchover valve as he has fault too
please if anyone has the same issue before or know how i can fix it.

Update:
the Dealer fixed the issue and he found the coolant pump low temperature not working and he replaced it.
