Wink Any major differences between 2016 and 2019 models

Hi guys

I am looking to pick up one of these beautiful beasts. I came across two cars I like both the interior/exterior so that wouldn't be an issue just the car.
Car 1( Ruby red with red interior) 65K$ 38k miles MSRP$182,350
2016 S63( with brand new ps4s and face grill upgraded to the new one) from an individual seller
Options
Driver Assistance pacakge
Warmth&comfort packge
Burmester
Wood Trim and Black Dinamica headliner.
20-inch wheels
+ some few that aren't that meaningful

Car 2 (designo Cashmere White Magno/Grey int) $115k 30k miles MSRP$207,440
2019 S63 from a MB dealer
Options
Driver Assistance pacakge
Warmth&comfort packge
Carbon Fiber Exterior Package
Carbon Fiber Steering wheel
Carbon Fiber Trim
Burmester
Black DINAMICA Headliner
Swarovski Crystal Headlamp Accents
20-inch wheels

Besides the difference between the 7AT/9AT these older models have, is there any other reason for me to pay the premium for the 2019 version? Looking to drive this car daily for 2-4 years.

Sorry if this is poorly written, it's late and I'm not thinking super straight

The price on the newer one is almost 2x the other so I think it's really whether you want to save money or get the latest ... the 2018+ is a different engine, transmission, etc

If you want to go the save money route, I have a 2015 S63 that's being prepped to sell - I'm the original owner, no accidents, always serviced at Mercedes of Manhattan

21K miles, full body Xpel PPF, ceramic tint, windshield shield - non smoker with no pets, car has never been eaten in, etc

If you're interested, send me a PM or leave a way to contact you

2019 S63 4Matic+, 2018 E400 Cabrio, wardens car.
There are substantial differences between these two cars. The 2019 is pretty loaded up on options from what I can tell based on original MSRP. Both seem about 10-15K high on price. If you are keeping the car for 2-4 years, no way I am buying the 2016, in 3 years it will be 10 years old and probably due for some major work. The 2019 has a newer powertrain with more HP and Torque and tons of electronic upgrades that make it a more modern car. The 2016 does not have apple car play for example. I have a 2019 S63 and it is sublime. At that MSRP does the 2019 have Carbon Ceramic Brakes? That alone is a huge upgrade.

I knew something was wrong when I posted this. I posted it in the sedan forum while I am shopping for a coupe. Realized it when I saw your pfp. I'd assume the difference should still apply, thank you for your response.
